Ingredients
2 oz St. Oak
4 oz freshly brewed coffee (medium or dark roast)
1 tsp brown sugar (or maple syrup, to taste)
1 oz lightly whipped cream (float on top)
Garnish: sprinkle of grated nutmeg or cocoa powder
How it's done
1. Add 2 oz St. Oak, 4 oz hot coffee, and 1 tsp brown sugar to a heatproof glass. Stir until sugar dissolves.
2. Gently float whipped cream over the top by pouring it slowly over the back of a spoon.
3. Garnish with nutmeg or cocoa powder.
