SHIPPING & RETURNS SHIPPING POLICY All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Order processing may be delayed beyond 1-2 days for reasons that are outside of our control, such as unpredictably high order volumes and/or shipping service issues. DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer two shipping options: 3-6 business day with USPS/Sure Post or 2-4 business day shipping with UPS for $9.99. Free shipping is offered for orders over $55, excluding Hawaii + Alaska ($15 shipping charge on all orders). INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING We are not able to ship internationally at this time but we hope to in the future! LOCAL DELIVERY / IN-STORE PICKUP We are launching our first national grocery retailer - Sprouts Farmers Market - on July 1! In addition to Sprout, take a look at our store locator to see if any stores in your area are stocking Little Saints, with one disclaimer – the store locator data is only as good as what we can gather from orders placed. We have no idea if the order actually makes it to the shelf, so your best bet - so that you don’t waste a trip - is to call the store to see if they carry it. HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER? When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. WHAT IF MY PACKAGE DIDN'T ARRIVE? Please email us at lifted@littlesaints.com. We will do our best to work with the carrier to resolve the issue, but please note that we are not responsible for any errors in the order or the address provided which result in our shipping company not being able to deliver the order. We do not issue refunds for products that have been marked by the carrier as successfully delivered to your door. If carrier records confirm that your product(s) did not arrive, or if you provide photos demonstrating that your product arrived damaged, we will send a replacement order. WHAT DO I DO IF I WANT TO CANCEL OR MODIFY MY ORDER? We try to ship orders as quickly as possible, which means we might not catch your order in time to adjust or cancel it. if you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact lifted@littlesaints.com as quickly as possible and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. REFUNDS, RETURNS, DAMAGES & EXCHANGES Because Little Saints beverages are perishable products, all sales are final. Products may not be returned or exchanged.
