SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Order processing may be delayed beyond 1-2 days for reasons that are outside of our control, such as unpredictably high order volumes and/or shipping service issues.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.  For simple flat rate shipping: We offer $9.99 UPS shipping everywhere in the United States (excluding Hawaii + Alaska). Free shipping is offered for orders over $60. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We are not able to ship internationally at this time but we hope to in the future! 

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

WHAT IF MY PACKAGE DIDN'T ARRIVE?

Please email us at lifted@littlesaints.com. We will do our best to work with the carrier to resolve the issue, but please note that we are not responsible for any errors in the order or the address provided which result in our shipping company not being able to deliver the order. 

We do not issue refunds for products that have been successfully delivered to your door. If carrier records confirm that your product(s) did not arrive, or if you provide photos demonstrating that your product arrived damaged, we will send a replacement order.

WHAT DO I DO IF I WANT TO CANCEL OR MODIFY MY ORDER?

We try to ship orders as quickly as possible, which means we might not catch your order in time to adjust or cancel it. if you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact lifted@littlesaints.com within 24 hours of placing your order and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. 

REFUNDS, RETURNS, DAMAGES & EXCHANGES

Because Little Saints beverages are perishable products, all sales are final. Products may not be returned or exchanged. Of course, we want you to love your Little Saints, so please drop us a line at lifted@littlesaints.com if you have any concerns or questions about your order, and we will do our best to make it right.
