SHIPPING & RETURNS SHIPPING POLICY All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Order processing may be delayed beyond 1-2 days for reasons that are outside of our control, such as unpredictably high order volumes and/or shipping service issues. DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. For simple flat rate shipping: We offer $9.99 UPS shipping everywhere in the United States (excluding Hawaii + Alaska). Free shipping is offered for orders over $60. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING We are not able to ship internationally at this time but we hope to in the future! HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER? When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. WHAT IF MY PACKAGE DIDN'T ARRIVE? Please email us at email@example.com. We will do our best to work with the carrier to resolve the issue, but please note that we are not responsible for any errors in the order or the address provided which result in our shipping company not being able to deliver the order. WHAT DO I DO IF I WANT TO CANCEL OR MODIFY MY ORDER? REFUNDS, RETURNS, DAMAGES & EXCHANGES In the event that you are unhappy with your purchase, you may reach out to us at email@example.com. Little Saints reserves the right, however, to require either the return of the unsatisfactory product or a photograph of such, before any partial/full refund or credit will be issued. Little Saints makes no guarantee that a partial or full refund will be issued for any order. From time to time, our products are damaged in shipping, if this is the case, please be sure to attach photos of the damaged product when reaching out to email@example.com with a description of what happened and we will send replacements or provide a credit on a future order.
