Ingredients
1 oz St. Oak
1 oz Wilfred’s (or similar NA aperitivo)
1 oz NA sweet vermouth (like Lyre’s Apéritif Rosso)
Ice
Garnish: orange twist or brandied cherry
How it's done
Combine ingredients in a mixing glass, then add ice and stir until well-chilled and blended.
Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube, and garnish with an orange twist or cherry.
