I really live the flavor and kick of this! It hits my nose with favorite scents and has sizzle on the tongue. On the bottle I got, the top is slightly challenging to pull and replace (I have been bopping it with the heel of my palm to seal well) but that isn’t a huge deal. It costs considerably more than the casual wine or sake I would buy so won’t be a regular purchase but I do enjoy it, lots (over ice with a little lemon or not!). The label design is cool, too.
This is really good with a good quality Ginger Ale or Ginfer Beer. I took this to a party last night and everyone loved it. I'm definitely going to order some more.
I tried the bottle of St. Ember and mixed with a fresh lime and yuzu flavored bubble water and it was very, very good. It is even good alone over ice. I tried the drinks in the cans too and found them too bitter (and I love bitter) and the sweetener is noticeable. However, I really liked making my own with the St. Ember and will buy it again. It is nice to have a couple cans for a quick grab it you don't mind monkfruit and bitter.
