The St Ember, especially, gives you the feeling of sipping on an alcoholic drink. Nice peppery finish that mimics hard alcohol. Great product.

Nice to make a drink and enjoy it but too expensive to enjoy regularly
This brand has been the best alcohol alternative I have found since giving up alcohol last year. This still gives me a relaxed and social feeling that I miss from alcohol without all the negative consequences. It's great mixed as a mocktail or on its own! The St.Ember flavor is very unique and took some time getting used to only because I was comparing it to " liquors" that I was used to. Best advice is to not try and compare it to anything but just accept the flavor as it is and you will enjoy! The St. Juniper is more mild in flavor and might be where you want to start and definitely the option you will probably like more if you prefer more of a lighter floral taste in your cocktails. I have both and enjoy them both but in different kinds of cocktails. Would love to see more flavors launched as well as more recipes added to the website! Overall LOVE this brand and what they are doing to change the drinking narrative.
