2 oz. St. Ember

4 oz. Non-alcoholic beer

1 oz. Lime juice, freshly squeezed

How it's done

  1. If desired, coat the rim of a highball glass with salt, fill with ice.
  2. Add St. Ember & lime juice to a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled
  3. Strain into the prepared glass and top with non-alcoholic beer
  4. Garnish with a lime slice
  5. Take a moment to smell your creation, and smile while drinking
