Our Child of the Light non-alcoholic cocktail was created by Nikola Nikoletic for the illustrious NYC speakeasy, Patent Pending. The sweetness of mango meet the heat of pepper and the spice of St. Ember to create a sophisticated and delicious sensory experience.
2 oz. St. Ember
1 oz. Yellow bell pepper juice*
1 oz. Mango juice
¼ oz. Honey
½ oz. Lime
Bee pollen, to garnish
*To make yellow bell pepper juice: Add 1 rough chopped yellow pepper, and ½ lime squeezed into a blender. Blend until smooth and use a fine-mesh sieve to strain.
