1 oz green juice

½ oz lime juice

½ oz agave nectar

Optional: Chipotle Salt

How it's done

  1. In a cocktail shaker, combine 1¾ oz St. Ember, 1 oz green juice, ½ oz lime juice, and ½ oz agave nectar.
  2. Add ice and shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds, until well-chilled.
  3. Strain into a coupe glass.
  4. If desired, add a pinch of chipotle salt on top.
