2 oz St. Ember

1 oz lime juice

4 oz non-alcoholic beer

Ice

Optional rim: lime wedge, salt

Garnish: lime slice

How it's done

  1. If desired, run a lime wedge around the rim of a highball glass, then dip the rim in salt. 
  2. Fill highball glass with ice and set aside.
  3. In a cocktail shaker, combine 2 oz St. Ember & 1 oz lime juice.
  4. Add ice and shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds, until well-chilled.
  5. Strain into the prepared highball glass and top with 4 oz non-alcoholic beer.
  6. Garnish with a lime slice.
