Ingredients
- 2 oz St. Ember
- ½ oz grapefruit juice
- ½ oz simple syrup
- ½ oz lime juice
- Ice
- Rim: lime wedge, hibiscus salt
- Garnish: slice of grapefruit
How it's done
- Run lime wedge around the rim of a highball glass, then dip the rim in hibiscus salt.
- Fill the highball glass with ice.
- Pour 2 oz St. Ember, ½ oz grapefruit juice, ½ oz simple syrup, and ½ oz lime juice over the ice.
- Gently stir to combine ingredients.
- Garnish with a slice of grapefruit.
