Ingredients
2 oz St. Oak*
3 oz eggnog (dairy or oat-based, chilled)
½ oz maple syrup (optional, if you like sweeter)
Freshly grated nutmeg
Ice
Garnish: nutmeg dust + cinnamon stick
How it's done
- Add St. Oak, eggnog, and maple syrup to a shaker with ice.
- Shake gently (eggnog froths easily — don’t overshake).
- Strain into a chilled coupe or over fresh ice in a rocks glass.
- Garnish with grated nutmeg and a cinnamon stick.
