2 oz St. Ember
1 cup low-sodium tomato juice
1 tsp pickle brine
3 dashes hot sauce
2 dashes Worcestershire sauce
Juice of half a lime
Pinch of salt
Crushed ice
Garnish: stick of celery, pickles, and a slice of lime
How it's done
- In a highball glass, combine all ingredients and stir well.
- Top with crushed ice.
- Garnish with a stick of celery, pickles and a slice of lime.
