Ingredients
- 4 oz St. Juniper
- 1 oz olive jar brine
- 1 dash non-alcoholic vermouth or non-alcoholic white wine
- Ice
- Garnish: green olives (feta-stuffed optional), skewers
How it's done
- Place a martini glass in the freezer to chill.
- Combine 4 oz St. Juniper, 1 oz olive jar brine, and 1 dash either non-alcoholic vermouth or non-alcoholic white wine in a cocktail shaker.
- Add ice and shake vigorously for 20 seconds.
- Strain into a chilled martini glass.
- Garnish with skewered olives.
