  • 1 oz olive jar brine
  • 1 dash non-alcoholic vermouth or non-alcoholic white wine
  • Ice
  • Garnish: green olives (feta-stuffed optional), skewers

How it's done

  • Place a martini glass in the freezer to chill.
  • Combine 4 oz St. Juniper, 1 oz olive jar brine, and 1 dash either non-alcoholic vermouth or non-alcoholic white wine in a cocktail shaker.
  • Add ice and shake vigorously for 20 seconds.
  • Strain into a chilled martini glass.
  • Garnish with skewered olives.
