The simplest distinction:
If you want a one-step ritual, reach for a mocktail. If you want to craft a drink with your own proportions, garnish, and glassware, reach for an NA spirit.
Little Saints makes both: ready-to-enjoy non-alcoholic cocktails (mocktail-style) and mixable, zero-proof spirits for cocktail classics.
A mocktail is typically a ready-to-drink recipe (or a simple home recipe) that already has its flavor “architecture” in place—acid, sweetness, bitterness, aromatics.
Mocktails are for you if you want:
Little Saints canned cocktails lean into this idea: they’re built to feel finished—not like a “juice substitute.”
A non-alcoholic spirit is meant to play the role of a base spirit—gin, mezcal, whiskey—but without the alcohol. The goal isn’t sweetness; it’s structure and complexity: botanicals, spice, smoke, wood, citrus peel, bitterness.
Non-alcoholic spirits are for you if you want:
Little Saints spirits are built specifically for mixing into classics—and for sipping when you want something contemplative.
Choose a mocktail when you want:
Choose a non-alcoholic spirit when you want:
A simple rule: ready-to-enjoy = mocktail; made-to-mix = spirit.

A non-alcoholic whiskey worthy of contemplation. St. Oak delivers the warm embrace of rye with the sweet finish of bourbon—oak and wood spice notes mingling with vanilla, caramel, and cardamom.
Enhanced with a trifecta of functional ingredients—Lion's Mane, Reishi for calm, for clarity, and Damiana for ease—this spirit softens your edges without dulling your shine.
Best enjoyed neat in your finest glassware, or mixed into a classic Manhattan or Old Fashioned, this innovative spirit is in a class of its own.

Great stuff . Replaced the dark whisky with this and love it
Sober 12 years here. Never have I ever tasted a cocktail that was non alcoholic and so delicious. Social drink 10 stars 10/10 just ordered more last night for Xmas
I love the bright and spicy flavor of St Ember but have never really been a dark liquor person- I was super impressed with the richness of St Oak!. It has a complex flavor profile like a good whiskey- it opens with a bit of a whiskey-like burn, then you get a deep woody, earthy flavor, and finally some vanilla notes and sweetness in the aftertaste. I could see this being very good in an old fashioned with some muddled cherries. It definitely has a warming, cozy quality to it, so it will be perfect for making winter cocktails!
This simulated the taste and feel. Highly recommend foe the bar cart.
I tried it on the rocks when I first got it and it was a no. So I put a splash in with my old-fashioned over ice and it’s delicious. Of course it’s the nonalcoholic old-fashioned from you too.
I have been a longtime consumer and fan of St. Ember. It's ability to stand alone or mix beautifully with many beverages is truly remarkable. However, I've longed for a quality alternative to bourbon's notes and unique additions to beverages -- cold and hot. St. Oak provides desirable warmth, feel and complexity to my favorite bourbon non-alcoholic cocktails.
This is their best one! I love it! Makes the best old fasion!
Little Saints have outdone yourselves with this one. I love it! It’s only the 2nd whiskey alternative I’ve tried and I feel like I can stop looking. Love the taste, the oak with cardamom finish for a nice bite. I love the uplift that you can feel from the 3x mushrooms. Great job!
So flavorful and robust - a sophisticated and rich pour.
