Listed Among Wine & Spirits Magazine's Top 25 Non-Alcoholic Spirits
With a lot of spice and a little smoke, St. Ember delights even the most discerning of palates with its bespoke blend of ginger, peppers and wild, woody palo santo*. Enlivened with organic lion's mane mushroom for brilliance.
From smoky margaritas to palomas, St. Ember can stand alone or be mixed as an inspired alternative to a spicy mezcal in cocktails.
*We source our palo santo directly from a dry forest in Peru, where it is harvested sustainably from dead and fallen trees. 1% of the proceeds from St. Ember are donated to reforestation efforts in Peru.
This has become one of our must have bottles in the bar. Great to have this option. Gives a bright relaxed feeling with smiley gentle waves of goosebumps.
As I am replacing wine and alcoholic cocktails with mocktails these days, consequently, I have been trying a ton of non-alcoholic options out on the market. I am truly grateful for every company out there that has put effort in creating a unique alcoholic replacement with adaptogens. It has been proven that the very best way to reduce and eliminate alcohol…to replace it. Little Saints St Ember has become one of my favorites, especially the Lemon Ginger Margherita killer recipe. I have introduced St Ember to many of my friends and family by making yummy mocktails for get-to-together’s and the consensus is always the same. They love it!!!
My favorite spirit is Ember and I don’t have to wait until the weekend, to enjoy it . I grew up in an era where my parents had cocktails nightly and now I can carry on the tradition without health issues but it is addictive. There is just something about sipping on a cocktail in the evening that makes the end of the day rewarding.passion fruit and a little smoky salt on the rim with a splash of lime.
I was very hesitant, but I’m loving it. I only have St Ember so far but will try the juniper as well. It’s hard to explain exactly what I feel when drinking it, but I definitely feel “something.” I wouldn’t call it euphoria. The first drink I had was on an empty stomach and I almost felt woozy, but not in a way that would hinder me. So far I’ve only had it over ice or shaken like a martini. I’ll try recipes later but worry about adding a bunch of juices bc I don’t want the sugar.
St. Ember has the perfect bite to it. I loved being able to ship my Little Saints to the beach ahead of time so I could enjoy on my trip! Little Saints Paloma and Mojito on the beach and St. Ember at sundown. Brilliance!
Great alternative to an alcoholic cocktail.
I got the St Embers version and I definitely love it. I don't mix it. I take it in shots and it tastes so good. I get a happy feeling buzz that I enjoy a lot. It's not Alcohol but the buzz is worth every penny.
I polished off my assortment of canned mocktales and loved them! Now to create my own. Fill a tall glass with ice, add St. Ember to taste, fill with diet tonic water, add a splash of lime juice, 1 Mariana cherry with syrup and 1 packet of Stevia, then stir. The result is mildly sweet and refreshing!
We’ve been dabbling with alt spirits and this one is the winner. I do 2 ounces over ice with Mineragua and a squeeze of fresh lemon. Incredibly refreshing with just the right amount of bit to keep the drink interesting. Surprisingly (to our benefit & health) we don’t miss the cocktail.
Honestly I was skeptical at first, but this is gonna be one of my favorite go to drinks. I'd love to try the other products!
Nice elevated feeling, while still in control.
